What will be in the house?

All our houses are perfectly equipped, you will find the necessary furniture to enjoy your stay. The kitchen will have a full set of dishes for the whole group as well as all the basic appliances. The rooms will be equipped with bed sheets and towels. In addition, in the house there will be basic cleaning supplies and products. In the case of a fireplace or barbecue, a charcoal bag or a pack of wood will be provided. All houses have at least one cot.

In the "The House" section you will find all the equipment that the establishment will offer at your service during the stay. For any doubt, you can always contact the owner.

 
What is the time of entry and exit of the house?

We advise you to contact the owner of each house to agree the time of entry and exit. In any case, the standard opening hours of any Experiencia Rural establishment will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The departure time will be before 12:00 p.m.

Depending on the occupation, there will be the possibility of late check-out and delay the departure time until afternoon (to be agreed directly with the owner).

How is the payment made?

At the time of making the reservation, an advanced payment of maximum a 25% of the total amount must be paid through a credit card or a bank transfer.

The rest of the payment must be made in cash and will be paid directly to the owner on the day of arrival at the establishment.

A deposit payment must be made?

It will depend on each house. In the affirmative case the client will have to the deposit payment in cash to the owner upon arrival at the establishment. This amount will be returned to you within a maximum period of 48 hours after the check out if everything is correct. 

In the event that the establishment or its furniture is damaged and excess of the amount of the deposit payment, the customer will be obliged to pay immediately the rest of the amount equivalent to the damage caused. If this payment is not made, EXPERIENCIA Rural reserves the right to take legal action.

How do we count the total number of people?

All children who sleep in cots or in bed with parents and under 3 years will not count as a occuped place. The rest of children or adults that use bed will count as one for each place.

At the time of entry to the establishment, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of people, and for such, exceed the occupied places indicated at the time of making the reservation.
 
Can we carry pets?

This will depend exclusively of the owner of each house, and so you will need to contact him before the stay to agredeed with him. In the section "The House" you can see in which house and conditioins pets are accepted.

In the spring and autumn we will find the open pool? Is it fenced?

Houses that have a swimming pool will be open from June to September. This period may be extended depending on the weather conditions. In order to know if it is fenced or not, consult it directly with the owner.
 
Are celebrations accepted?

Celebrations can be permited if all the house and its content is fully respected. It should be noted that it is not allowed to put music with a high volume after 10:00pm. You should also keep in mind that some establishments have close neighbors and you have to respect them.

In the event that the establishment or its furniture is damaged and it excess the amount of the deposit payment, the customer will be obliged to pay immediately the rest of the amount equivalent to the damage caused. If this payment is not made, Experiencia Rural has the right to take legal action.
