La Coma d'en Roca

La Coma d'en Roca is a restored 17th-century stone farmhouse that stands out for its elevated location above the Vall de Bianya, which provides exceptional views. It has large common spaces and an impressive garden topped by a fenced swimming pool facing the Massís del Cabrerès.

Two floors divide the house. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, 50 inch flat screen TV and large windows overlooking the garden. There are also a dining room with seven restored oak wood tables, the fully equipped kitchen with a large restored wooden table, 1 double bedroom and a toilet.

The first floor consists of 4 double rooms and 1 quadruple room with a loft, all of them with a complete interior bathroom. In total, there are 14 fixed places. To reach the maximum capacity, there is 1 double sofa bed in the living room and 2 additional ones that we can put in the bedrooms to make them triple.

In addition, the house has a second living room with a fireplace, flat screen TV, Playstation 4 and a collection of games and movies.

The farm has 50 hectares of land. The area next to the house is a large garden with several small terraces. There is a built-in barbecue and a picnic area to eat under the shade of the trees. We will also find the covered outdoor games room with table tennis, billiards, table football, a "chill out" space and a large chicken coop (we have chickens). The pool area is elevated above the garden and have spectacular views. Finally, we will also find a private car park.

A couple of homesteaders and their cats live on the farm. They have their own house and a small outdoor terrace in front. The rest of the exteriors seen in the photos are reserved exclusively for guests of the rural house.

*Pets are accepted (maximum 3) but must be controlled at all times and cannot climb onto beds or sofas. €30 per animal per stay will be charged.

*For weekend or bridge reservations, check-in time will be from 5:00 pm and check-out time will be 5:00 pm. For bookings of whole weeks (6 or 7 nights) the check-in time will be from 18:00h and the departure time before 11:00h.

*Clients undertake to be respectful of the house, the farm and the inhabitants of the neighboring farmhouses. Parties or celebrations with loud music are not allowed.

*Tourist tax and deposit not included in the price.

*The rest of the reservation amount, the tourist tax and the deposit must be paid upon arrival at the establishment in cash or by bank transfer a few days before.
