Rural apartment located in Beuda, forty kilometers from the Costa Brava and only six kilometers from Besalú, one of the most outstanding medieval villages in Catalonia. It has ample communal outdoor spaces and absolute tranquility.
Mas El Carles is a restored 16th century rural house with capacity for 14 people located in the east of the region of La Garrotxa, just 10 minutes away by car from Besalú, the most well-preserved historical and artistic medieval area of ​​Catalonia. Its situation at the end of the region that borders the Alt Empordà facilitates access to the Costa Brava, where in summer you can enjoy the best beaches.

The house is divided into two independent apartments each one with a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It has heating in rooms as well as in common areas and Wi-Fi. The living room has a fireplace and flat screen television.

Mas El Carles I can accommodate 8 people. It has two complete bathrooms, a double room with a double bed, another double room with two single beds and a quadruple room with four single beds. It has his own private terrace with picnic area.

The house is easily accessible and is surrounded by a garden with a small walk of about an hour to walk around the estate and other nearby surroundings. It has common leisure areas such as a large fenced pool, a badminton net, swings and a games room located in the basement of the house with a ping-pong table. In the attached building we find a barbecue of wood and another one of coal and two picnic tables.

The remaining amount of the reservation, the tourist tax and the security deposit have to be paid at the moment of your arrival by cash o a few days earlier by bank transfer. 

Security deposit: 300€
Tourist tax: 0,66€ per night and per person over 16 years old

For a weekend reservation, the check-in will be from 17:00 and the chek-out until 17:00.
For a full-week reservation, the check-in will be from 18:00 and the check-out untill 11:00.

Parties are not allowed and the guests agrees to leave the jouse in good order and clean for the check-out.
