Mas Puig de Dalt

Important: parties or celebrations with loud music are not allowed in the house. You can only play background music inside the house and always at low volume. On the terraces you cannot put music or scream. You have to keep an eye on your voice volume so as not to disturb the neighbors.
 

Mas Puig de Dalt is a large, fully restored Catalan farmhouse located in Batet de la Serra, just 5 minutes from the entrance to Olot. The location of the house offers one of the best panoramic views of La Garrotxa as it dominates the entire plain of Olot and La Vall d'en Bas from the hill of Santa Maria de Batet.
 

The house has 3 floors and a large garden with a swimming pool. On the first floor of the farmhouse we will find the fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, a large dining room with capacity for 24 people, fireplace and flat screen television, a small living room also with television, two large terraces with spectacular views, 3 large bedrooms double bed and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub.

On the second floor we will find a large living room with billiards and flat screen television, 3 bathrooms, 4 large double rooms, 1 double room and 1 sextuple room. In one of the double rooms there is also a two-seater sofa bed.
 

On the ground floor of the house we will find another full bathroom and a large games room with table football and table tennis. Through this room you have access to the garden area of the pool that measures approximately 3 meters wide by 10 meters long. The depth is 160-180 cm.

In total, the large farmhouse has 9 large bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, large common spaces, a games room and capacity for a maximum of 24 people using 1 double sofa bed. It won't be possible to use the small lounge as a room because we don't have more beds to move around.
 

*Pets are accepted (maximum 3) but must be controlled at all times and cannot climb onto beds or sofas. 30€ per animal and stay will be charged.
 

*For weekend reservations, check-in will be from 5:00 pm and check-out before 5:00 pm.

For bookings of whole weeks (7 nights), check-in will be from 6:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am.
 

*For weekday stays, check with us for check-in and check-out times before making the reservation.
 

*Clients undertake to be respectful of the house, the farm and the inhabitants of the neighboring farmhouses. Parties or celebrations with loud music are not allowed.
 

*Tourist tax and deposit not included in the price.
 

*The rest of the reservation amount, the tourist tax and the deposit must be paid upon arrival at the establishment in cash or by bank transfer a few days before.

Tourist tax: 0.66€ per night and person over 16 years old
 

*The customer undertakes to leave the house in good order and cleanliness before departure and to respect the regulations of the establishment at all times.
