Beautiful restored rural house with capacity for 18 people. It is located in the middle of the mountain, in a unique place with spectacular views, 20 minutes away from the nearest town.
Can Bosch is a restored 16th century stonehouse, that was once dedicated to the manufacture of oak charcoal. It is located within the protected natural area of ​​the Alta Garrotxa and its elevated position on the valley of Borró river provides exceptional views. Can Bosch is a house with sustainable awareness where tranquility is absolute and is surrounded by a privileged environment. The house is accessed by a 6 kilometer forest track in a good condition from the nearest town called Sales de Llierca.

On the same property there is another small house, the old "Masovers" house, which is renovated and is rented separately for a maximum of 4 people. The games room is a place that are shared between both houses.

Can Bosch is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we will find a large dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom, a double room and a triple room. On the first floor we will find a large living room with a fireplace, two triple rooms, a double room, a room with 5 single bets and a bathrrom with a large sink, several 3 toilets and 4 showers. Finally, behind the house with an independent door we will find a large games room with ping pong and football.

The house has a land of more than 50 hectares. The surroundings of the house are a large garden with a rustic pool, a barbecue and a picnic area. There is also a parking and a children's play area with swings.

* It is possible to expand the capacity up to 22 places by renting "La Cabanya" next to the main house that is located right behind it (check conditions).
"La Cabanya" and "la Masoveria" are 2 different units, "la Masoveria" is always rented separately.

* Heating is not included in the price and will be paid at 1.80€ per working hour at the end of the stay.

* The games room is a shared place with the tenants of the "masoveria" (a house with capacity for 4 people that is rented separately)

* Bachelor parties or other celebrations that could damage the establishment are not allowed. Disco-type parties are not accepted. Remember that there could be neighbors in the "Masoveria" and we ask for the tranquility of each group be respected.

*Tourist tax and deposit not included in the price.

Deposit: €300
Tourist tax: €0.66 per night and person over 16 years old

*The rest of the reservation amount, the deposit and the tourist tax must be paid at the time of arrival at the accommodation in cash or by bank transfer a few days before.

*The client agrees to leave the house in good order and clean it before departure and to respect the house regulations at all times.

*Outdoor towel rental service is offered (€1/unit).

* From March to October, only charcoal barbecues are allowed (not included in the price).

* In the case of bringing pets (maximum 2 pets), a fee of €30 per pet for a weekend and €50 per animal for one-week reservations will be charged.
