Casa Canadell is an authentic Catalan farmhouse located near Sant Joan les Fonts, on the mountain surrounded by nature. From this privileged location, you can enjoy beautiful views over the Fluvià Valley, the impressive village of Castellfollit de la Roca perched on a lava rock wall, and, on clear days, you can see the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. This centuries-old country property has been completely renovated to offer all modern comforts without losing its rural essence and traditional character. And with a rare feature in La Garrotxa: you can stroll among the property's vineyards!

The farmhouse is distributed over three floors. The main entrance is on the middle floor, where you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace and a working wood-fired oven, ideal for enjoying the house's most authentic atmosphere. Also on this floor are the living and dining room with another fireplace, a shared bathroom, and three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom can accommodate an extra bed, allowing for a maximum capacity of nine people.

On the ground floor, also accessible by elevator, the former stables have been transformed into a large leisure area with a games room equipped with billiard and ping-pong, a gym, and direct access to the outside where you'll find the 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, open from May to October, with spectacular views of the valley. A unique space to relax, disconnect, and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.

Also on the ground floor, you'll find an outdoor kitchen located under a stone porch, equipped with a barbecue and designed for outside meals.

The second floor of the farmhouse will be opened soon to increase the accommodation capacity.

Important information: the house's water comes from a well; it can be used for cooking, but it is not recommended for drinking.

*The last 2 km to reach the house is a well-maintained forest track.

*Swimming pool open from May to September.

*Pets are accepted (maximum 3) but must be controlled at all times and cannot climb onto beds or sofas. 30€ per animal and stay will be charged.

*For weekend reservations, check-in will be from 5:00 pm and check-out before 5:00 pm.
For bookings of whole weeks (7 nights), check-in will be from 6:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am.

*For weekday stays, check with us for check-in and check-out times before making the reservation.

*Clients undertake to be respectful of the house, the farm and the inhabitants of the neighboring farmhouses. Parties or celebrations with loud music are not allowed.

*Tourist tax and deposit not included in the price.

*The rest of the reservation amount, the tourist tax and the deposit must be paid upon arrival at the establishment in cash or by bank transfer a few days before.

Deposit: 300€
Tourist tax: 1.93€ per night and person over 16 years old

*The customer undertakes to leave the house in good order and cleanliness before departure and to respect the regulations of the establishment at all times.
